Heal your body to free your soul

So many of you shared with me your struggles to stay positive, loose weight and deal with stress in these unprecedented times. You are quarantined, lacking connections, socialization, work you do and routine. Many of you also mentioned a need to deepen your spirituality and sense of connection.


It is hard to stay motivated and positive in these challenging times, and yet it is crucial.


I know it's commonly believed that when certain situations arise, it is normal to give in to fear and self distractive behavior, such as overeating, over-shopping, Netflix binging.


My life had changed 8 years ago when instead of giving in and numbing I said yes to trying something little different. My mom talked me into signing up for Mindfulness workshop. I had no idea what it was, did not have time for it and did not want to spend money on it. And yet, I did.


I will be forever grateful to my mom for pushing, myself for finally saying yes, and the Universe for having a plan all along.


I learned how to love and accept myself: with that how to take care of my self, and only with that, how to take care of and inspire others. Healing and uplifting happened. Connection to that which is greater was established.


And now, the best part comes - guiding others to feel the same joy and fulfillment, co-creating their lives, healing their bodies and becoming the best versions of themselves.


Our mother planet needs more light now. Say yes to learning to be the one that shines as bright as a star.
